City of dreams

I love having family and friends come and visit me in New York City. For the first reason obviously being because I love to see them and spending time with them, but also for the fact that I get to revisit all the NYC attractions that a new yorker on a typical day would steer clear of as much as possible.

Last night I met my cousin from Spain in the city, I had to take her to the Momofuku Noodle bar in East village because I’ve been dying to try it out! We got the pork belly buns as an appetizer and they were to die for, so delicious. Then we each got the traditional Momofuku noodle bowl which comes with shredded pork, pork belly, vegetables and a poached egg. Everything definitely lived up to all the buzz and reviews I’ve been seeing online.

After dinner, we did a little sightseeing and honestly, you might have thought that I was the tourist seeing NYC for the first time. I’m one of those people that just falls in love with New york every single time I walk through the streets. Everything about the bright lights, beautiful buildings, crazy &wild people – is just extremely captivating to me.

Here I feel like I can accomplish anything.
